Accommodation

A wide range of handpicked hotels from 5 start, 3 star and budget class are carefully selected keeping in mind the comforts of our clients. Most of the times we will get the special price for these hotels, which may not be extended to the clients if they approach the hotel directly.

Food/Drinks:

We understand the need of quality food for our clients. We understand the geographical and ethnic differences in food /drink taste and find the best possible solution to provide the clients with the food of their choice. Wecarefully select the hotels/restaurants at various locations checking the quality and hygiene standards. Whenever there is a special request from the clients, we shall dispatch a specialized chef along with the group.

Activities

Depending on the interest of the client, we can arrange adventure sports, group games, entertainment programs& parties. We also will pamper you with our recommend the best eateries, theaters, massage parlors and health/beauty centers,when ever requested.

Travel

Faster the tour is confirmed, the faster we can get the best price for the flight tickets. Any last minute purchase will lead to higher cost of flight ticket. ( Sometimes as much as 200% increase in flight ticket prices are observed)
For train travel 90 days in advance confirmation of the travel is required to get the  train tickets .
In any case, we shall try to make alternative arrangements according to the availability at the last moment without the consent of the tourist.
We can also book your Onward and Return journey bus, air and train tickets in any class (subjected to availability) from your own place so that you can join the grouptours at the starting point/first destination.
Enjoy the ambience of beautiful destinations in luxury coaches which will be arranged depending on the size of the group.

Health care

Whenever requested, weshall provide you with medicine for minor ailments, vomiting bags, journey sickness tablets on request.( chargeable)
