- A minimum non-refundable deposit of Rs.10000 per person or 40% of your tour cost has to be paid to confirm your reservations. The balance amount should be paid 20 days prior to the onward journey date.
- Children aged between 3 and 6 and will be charged 75% of the adult charges and Children aged between 5 and I will be charged 75% of the tour fare with seat.
- Gala dinners on Christmas and New Year's Eve are not included in the tour price.
- Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal)
- Please note it is important that you respect the timings for your sightseeing and airport transfers failing you may miss the transport service and you have to make your own arrangements to reach the destination.
- Package rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- The package cannot be combined with any other offer.
- The above package is not valid during national holidays, public holidays, festivals, trade fairs, exhibitions, and long weekends. A surcharge will be levied and will be advised at the time of booking.
- Perfect-O-Holiday reserves the rights to alter, reverse of cancel the tour timing, itinerary of tour fare at any given time without any notice depending of the exigencies of occasion.
- In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate hotel will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
- Airline seats & hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Rates are subject to change in case of change in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, Government taxes or entrance fees
- Meals and certain services, unless specified in the itinerary, are not included
- The usual check-in time at hotels is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 Hours. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability of rooms at the sole descrition of the hotels.
- . The above prices are calculated based on the lowest available airfare. Prices are subject to change due to non-availability of seats in the required class.
- Low Cost Carriers i.e. Air Asia, Tiger Airways, Indigo etc. charge extra for specific seat assignment and for the in flight meals. However our quote includes 15 kg check in baggage allowance for all Low cost carriers. Low Cost carrier tickets are non refundable and attract penalty and difference in airfare for any change in travel schedule. All airlines have their respective policies with regards to Baggage, seat assignment.
- . Passport: 6 months minimum validity required for Photograph on the passport should not be too old. Hand written Passports are not accepted by the Embassies and High Commissions. A few countries allow on Arrival to the Indian Passport holders i.e. Hong Kong, Mauritius etc. It is important for the Passport holder to recheck if the passport is valid for minimum 6 months duration.
- If your tour is cancelled by us the amount paid will be refunded in full but no compensation is payable for consequential loss suffered. If the passengers discontinue the journey while on tour, unused portion of the tour amount will not be refunded.
- Perfect-O-Holiday does not except any responsibilities for the delay or change, missed connection, political disturbance, strike, natural calamities, injury, death, sickness, accidents, theft, consequential loss of expenses borne by the passengers
- Senior citizen 60 years and above are eligible for concession on travel fare and can avail the same only if informed with written request
- Overseas Policy: We strongly recommend buying of the overseas comprehensive policy to cover your self against any medical emergencies.It will also cover the baggage loss and delay, loss of passport, trip curtailment etc..Please check the the details of full coverage in your policy document.
- Payment Policy and Booking conditions : We need non-refundable booking deposit of minimum Rs.10000 per person to initiate the booking process, however actual deposit amount vary depending upon the tour.Full and final payment must be paid 15 days before your departure. If date of travel is less than 7 days, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost would be required.All payment policies will be govern by the below cancellation policy.You can make payment by Cash/Cheque/online bank transfer however the payment by credit card may attract additional bank charges.In case of any unprecedented hike of airfare, airport taxes or hotel tariff, entrance charges the same will be charged extra. The hotel and all other services mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation.

Cancellation Policy: Depends upon the time of cancellation notice recieved in writing :Cancellation for land tour arrangements: If cancellation recieved 50 Days before a flat cancellation charge of Rs.10000 per person would be charged and between 30-16 days before 55% of the total package cost and 15-08 Days before 90% and 07-0 days before 100% of the total land tour package cost.However, the cancellation charges of hotels may vary during Peak season and Festival periods, please check with us if you happen to be travelling during the Festive and Peak season period at the time of booking you must clarify if your date of travelling is falling in the peak or festive season period.Please note fees and service charges are non-refundable. Airlines / Cruise Liners Cancellation charge; will be governed by the individual airlines cancellation policy as mostly Low Cost carrier tickets are non-refundable and any change in date attract penalty charges as per the airlines policy. Similarly Cruise liners also have their individual cancellation policy. Please recheck the same with us for further details failing we will understand that you agree with the cancellation charges levied by the airlines/Cruise Liners along with the Refund processing charges of the Travel agent. Apart from above train tickets / Coach tickets/Ferry tickets are governed by respective cancellation policies of the Principal supplier of services. No refund either in part or in full will be made for any voluntarily unused part of the services provided in the package.In case of any doubts about the cancellation policy we request you to clarify the same in writing from us and obtain further details failing we will understand that you agree with the cancellation policy of Perfetoholiday.Holidays and also cancellation policy levied by the airlines/Cruise Liners along with the Refund processing charges of the Travel agent.
- Perfectoholiday is only acting as a intermediary service provider between the client & the principal suppliers of the services i.e. Hoteliers, Transporters, Airlines, Railways, Shipping Companies & the other ancillary service suppliers and hence have limited liability. PerfectoHoliday could not be held responsible for the deficiency in services provided by the principal & ancillary suppliers. PerfectoHoliday has the right to amend or alter the itinerary due to the reasons beyond its control keeping in mind the larger interest of the client. In case of any situation arises due to natural calamities, riots or political reasons the settlement of claims, refunds and compensation if any would be settled as per the policies of the principal suppliers and PerfectoHoliday will only play the role of facilitator to resolve the issues and would not be held responsible for any refunds, compensations or claims. By accepting this offer, it is believed that the Client has clearly understood the itinerary, Terms & conditions, Payment schedule & cancellation policy of PerfectoHolidays and he/she is in agreement with the same. It shall be the solely the clients responsibility to hold valid documents & statutory clearances.
